Since 2018, I've been working intimately with hundreds of women who are committed to healing, growth, love and legacy.
I was raised by parents who loved me, but didn't have the tools for their own healing. So I grew up watching them argue and give each other the silent treatment....and it all culminated in my mothers suicide when I was 18.
This sparked my interest in mental health, and after medical school and residency, I went to Harvard to train deeper in Psychiatry.
But despite getting the best training in the world, and being in therapy for years, I kept repeating the same patterns and arguments in my relationships.

That's when I made an important discovery...

When I began exploring outside of this paradigm, I finally began to piece together a complete solution. And that's when I discovered there were really two kinds of people in the world.

Those with an EXTERNAL
locus of control.

This is the vast majority of people. They may spend years earnestly analyzing themselves in therapy, but their belief is that they can only be happy if the past, or other people, or life circumstances were different.

Those with an INTERNAL
locus of control.

This was a much smaller group. These folks were DETERMINED to be the change in their generational story, heal from the inside out and pass on a legacy they can be proud of on 
their death bed.
Needless to say, I paid attention to those with an internal locus of
control and learned firsthand the EXACT tools they used to become
the master of their fate and the captain of their soul.

So...

I tested my discoveries AND IT WORKED!

After years of studying, applying, refining and mastering...
I wanted to take everything I had learned and see if it could help my
clients. I wanted to see if I could replicate what I'd learned.

And it worked.

Within 3 months, my practice was full and had a waitlist...
Word spread, and pretty soon I was getting WAY more requests for coaching than I could handle. I became the go-to coach for powerful women leaders - physicians, engineers, attorneys, dentists, academics, women in management, entrepreneurs, IT professionals etc. - to get brand new tools to heal and pass on a better legacy.
And in early 2018, I put everything I learned into
a framework called "SELF-MASTERY Sisterhood."
